Mr Asakpoku Ernest Clifford is a Lawyer and a legal practitioner, graduated from the Delta state university at the faculty of law Oleh Campus in 2015 and obtained LLB and proceeded immediately to the Nigeria law school Abuja and obtained BL certificate, and was called to the Nigeria bar as a Barrister in November 2016, sequel to the above he had been working with the Delta state local government service commission Asaba from 1989 till 2023 and has held different Administrative positions / Ad Hoc. Upon call to bar in 2016, he has been practicing law in various courts in the country. He has attended various management trainings within and outside the country several occasions sponsored by the state/federal government of Nigeria.

Mr Aso Holds a Bsc in Finance and Banking From University of Portharcourt, Rivers State. He is currently undertaking Msc(Finance) degree program with Ekiti State University, Adoekiti, Ekiti State.
Mr Aso has spent over two decades in various prestigious financial institutions such as Skye Bank(Polaris Bank), Access Bank and very recently Fidelity Bank Plc.
He has Held serveral Key positions in Banking Operations, Retail Banking and Commercial Banking. His core competencies are in asset and liability management, relationships management, treasury and foreign operations and Audit & compliance.
